The quality collar is made more comfortable with the addition of a neoprene inner lining, and secures by means of a double Velcro binding. This duo features a 14 inch chain that splits in two at 8 inches, attaching to the collar at a front D ring. Each chain ends at an adjustable alligator style nipple clamp, easily made tighter with thumb screws. Each clamp has a vinyl tip for added comfort and better grip.
