Exchanges/Returns
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Once your items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving, if the item is defective or damaged please contact the product manufacturer for warranty information.
