Who is E-tique?
E-tique is the online boutique of SB Books Inc., which has run real retail stores since 1991 in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Redlands, California, and Phoenix, Arizona. When you shop with us, you're shopping with a real local business.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders of $125 or more (before taxes). Heavy or oversized items, such as machines, dolls and furniture, ship at standard rates. Orders have a $10 minimum.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We'll email your shipment confirmation and tracking number as soon as they're available.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Your Order page at e-tique.org/pages/track-order, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because of the intimate nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of every customer. Once items leave our warehouse, they are considered used.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, contact the product manufacturer for warranty information. If a package arrives damaged in transit, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and keep all packaging and items. We're always happy to help point you in the right direction at info@e-tique.org.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and the payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
How do you protect my privacy?
We take your privacy seriously and only use your information to process and support your order and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can review it at e-tique.org/policies/privacy-policy.
Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. E-tique is for adults 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18. We may cancel an order if we believe it was placed by someone under 18.
