Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange purchased toys and products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Once your items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

We also use a credit card processing service to bill the user for products and services. This company does not store a user's personal information nor use it for any marketing purposes. Credit card information will be stored by this processing service solely in order to reference and answer any customer billing queries.
